Tom Konkowski, co-founder and COO of Conquer Padel Club, is a dynamic entrepreneur, financial strategist, and a driving force in the pickleball and padel sports industries. With a passion for business development and a history of delivering results, Tom has built a multifaceted career empowering businesses and individuals to succeed.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Conquer Padel and Conquer Franchise Group, Tom brings his expertise in operational strategy, site selection, and franchise development to the forefront of this innovative venture. He plays a pivotal role in establishing Conquer’s presence in the U.S. market, leveraging his extensive experience to guide the operational setup, streamline business processes, and position the brand for long-term growth.

Tom has built a successful career spanning over two decades in investment, tax planning, real estate, and business development. Since founding Vista Wealth Network, PLLC in Peoria, Arizona, in January 2009, he has been dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial strategies and business opportunities, ensuring long-term growth and success. Additionally, since February 1996, Tom has worked as a securities broker for multiple financial firms, bringing extensive experience in investment management and financial planning.

His accomplishments include managing large-scale sports facility developments, overseeing franchise operations, and serving as a leader in racquet sports. Tom’s leadership, coupled with his passion for community-driven initiatives, continues to shape the future of Conquer Padel and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and sports enthusiasts.

Barry J. Falcon is a Co-Founder of Conquer Padel and Co-Founder and CEO of Conquer Franchise Group. He is also a Certified Franchise Executive and has held key executive roles in national franchise systems, including growing ShelfGenie to 165 locations and leading Concrete Craft through its acquisition by Home Franchise Concepts. As iFranchise Group’s Senior Franchise Advisor in Atlanta, Mr. Falcon’s professional career spans more than 40 years across a range of industries and functions. Mr. Falcon has over 20 years of direct experience in franchising, both as a franchisee and as an executive within multiple national franchisor systems.

Barry is an active pickleball and Padel player and is a PPR-certified pro-level instructor who has competed in numerous tournaments. Beyond his athletic pursuits, he is an active marathon runner and cyclist and is involved in several professional and community organizations, including local chambers of commerce and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

He received a Professional Designation in Business Management from UCLA and has also received Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association.

Gilberto is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for padel. He co-founded DUO Padel Park, the largest padel club company in Mexico, operating 36 courts across four clubs in three cities, with a fifth club on the way. He also co-founded LOB Padel, a specialized equipment store launching an online platform, and is a partner at Rapid Sports, a leading padel court provider.

With extensive experience in managing and expanding padel clubs, Gilberto is excited to bring his expertise to the U.S. market, starting with the first padel club in Phoenix.

Gonzalo is an U.S. Air Force Veteran and entrepreneur with extensive experience in adventure sports and hospitality.

As a U.S. Air Force veteran with a strong background in adventure sports and hospitality, Gonzalo Mata is a proven entrepreneur and co-founder of Baja Adventure Co. His expertise in operations and team management, combined with a passion for business and sports, has been key to his success.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Gonzalo works as a pilot for a major U.S. airline. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, photography, and spending time with his family, bringing balance to his active and professional lifestyle.
